Students host bake sale in honor of late friend and student

In the main lobby of McCray Hall members of Sigma Alpha Iota and Phi Mu Alpha sit together. On their table sits multiple baked goods, ranging from lemon cookies to brownies, the group is there with one goal in mind. To sell these baked goods to gift all proceeds to the family of late friend and student, Gabriel Wightman.  

Wightman was described as a hardworking and dedicated student at Pitt State. He passed away on Jan. 20. 

For those interested in donating, the two organizations are taking in donations through the following forms. The groups have asked that all donating through the following formats label their payment as ‘Gabe’s Fundraiser.’
